Crystal Clean Pakistan - Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Crystal Clean! We are committed to delivering your cleaning products promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for more information.

1. Processing Time

  • Definition: Processing time refers to the duration it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment after it has been placed. This includes picking the items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing the necessary shipping documentation.
  • Duration: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time

  • Definition: Delivery time is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to transport your packaged order from our location to your delivery address after it has been shipped.
  • Duration:
    • Karachi: Delivery is typically completed within 2-3 business days after processing.
    • Other Cities: Delivery may take 3-5 business days after processing. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

We have a tiered shipping fee structure based on the weight of your order, applicable throughout Pakistan:

  • Up to 1 kg: Rs. 200
  • 1.1 to 2 kg: Rs. 250
  • 2.1 to 3 kg: Rs. 300
  • Over 3 kg: Rs. 100 extra per kg

For items heavier than 3 kg, we will first contact you via the provided phone number or email to share the shipping cost in advance and obtain your confirmation. Please note that items heavier than 3 kg will not be eligible for returns unless there is a mistake on our end.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, you may request it via WhatsApp at +923222001877 or email at care.crystalclean@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at care.crystalclean@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Crystal Clean is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

8. Shipping Rate Variations

  • Please note that shipping rates may vary for other cities. Additionally, courier companies may update their shipping rates, typically once per year.
