- Ineligible Items: Opened, used, or altered items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Return Packaging: Please securely package returned items to prevent damage in transit, as damaged items may affect refund eligibility.
2. Heavy Item Returns
For returns on heavy items with high shipping costs:
- Refund Method: Store credit may be issued instead of a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy items, which may be deducted from the store credit provided.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our criteria. Refunds will be processed only if the item passes inspection.

4. Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, we require:
- Picture Proof: Please provide clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect.

We will review the information provided and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost if the claim is approved.
